Todd Hill

Todd Hill was born and raised in the start-up capital of the world, Silicon Valley. He began his career at age 15 helping his dad run one of America’s most notable classic car auctions. At 30, he got into real estate and was doing well in spite of the housing crunch. He and a friend started out by simply doing a couple of flips per year. They quickly realized that this was not only a lucrative income stream, but also a fun way to make a living. In 2014, Todd launched Flipping Big ™ — A real estate training program that teaches people how to transition into Real Estate Investing as a full-time business, complemented by a nationwide coaching and mentorship program. In addition to the heartfelt sincerity he practices in his business dealings, Todd is a big supporter of helping children fight cancer – supporting numerous charities. He also established a scholarship at his local high school in Los Gatos CA for children suffering from cancer, in memory of a school friend who recently lost his battle with cancer.
